Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Bernard found himself falling in love with photography by chance. A former fire alarm technician, Bernard found himself becoming the victim of hard economic times and was laid off from his job. He vowed never to be put in that position again where he would let someone else dictate his future. Bernard was always interested in blogging, he took the new found free time to start one focusing things he was passionate on music, video games and movies. With the blogging career in full swing he started hitting events throughout NYC, he hated having to wait for publicist and other sites for content. That's when he made the decision to purchase his own camera. The rest is history from there, he soon discovered that he had a talent for capturing moments.
